This program teaches the seven characteristics of charismatic leadership. Participants will explore practices to build confidence, conviction, and connection as foundations of approachable leadership. It reframes supervisor touchpoints to emphasize positive interactions and apply strategies to increase both skill and utilization of each of the seven characteristics of charismatic leadership.
