Reserving space

Any FP&M employee may reserve a work station, huddle space, or conference room in the north suite of 21 North Park Street on the campus EMS system.

How to reserve space

  1. Go to workspace.ems.wisc.edu and click the Net ID link. Log in with your Net ID (and authenticate with Duo, if needed).
  2. Click Create a Reservation. 
  3. In the next page, find Reserve FP&M 21 NP Spaces. If you would like to reserve the wellness room, go to Reserve Wellness Rm 6048 21 N Park St instead. Click the Book now button in that row.
  4. On the next page, you can search by date, time, setup types, number of people. Or, you can enter the exact space you want.
  5. On the right side of the page, you can view available rooms. Click the space name to see more details. Click the plus sign to add it to your reservation and fill out and submit the form that pops up.
  6. Click the blue Next step button on the upper right side of the page. (You may need to scroll up.)
  7. On the next page, fill in your details. Select <what??>.
  8. Click the green Create Reservation button.
  9. You will be taken to a confirmation page. After a bit, an email will also be sent to you, confirming the reservation.
