Each year, a committee from University Staff Shared Governance evaluates nominations and selects eight winners of the University Staff Recognition Awards. Nominations are now open and UW–Madison employees are encouraged to submit their nominations of outstanding workers.
Nominations are due by February 9, 2018.
Guidelines for nominations can be found at University Staff Shared Governance. Nominations can be submitted online or delivered to the Office of the Secretary, 271 Bascom Hall.
Winners will be presented with a plaque and a monetary award at a public ceremony in March.
