Assetworks is FP&M’s Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
FP&M employees use Assetworks for activities such as inventory and asset management, work request processing, and capital project management. The technologies used in these activities encompass both web-based and mobile applications. Currently, in the second phase, we are expanding the implementation of Assetworks to more departments within FP&M while continuing to engage with and improve the functionality of aspects of the system that were implemented in the first phase. This will further enable us to improve the way that FP&M provides services to its campus partners and customers.
