Performance Management and Development Program
This program gives managers and employees the structure to have frequent, meaningful conversations about expectations, goals and growth opportunities.
The PMDP software tracks the conversations required by UW–Madison’s performance management policy which provides the campus with greater consistency in how performance management is documented.
