The FP&M Financial Management Portal will be decommissioned June 30, 2026 and unavailable after.

Billing information for certain FP&M services previously held in the Financial Management Portal will remain available after decommissioning through the methods and systems listed on this webpage.

Billing affected includes biosafety cabinet, helium, fleet, physical plant work, radiation safety and transportation services.

Where can I get detailed historical billing information?

Get historical billing information that was previously in the Financial Management Portal from the contacts listed in the table. Email the contact address for the respective department/unit.

  • Please include, at minimum, the relevant transaction number(s) from WISER.
  • To request information based on funding strings: please include SFS funding, not Workday funding.

How can I get billing details in AssetWorks?

Get AssetWorks/AiM customer statements directly within AssetWorks. These statements provide supporting details for the billing details in Workday.

AssetWorks access

You will need AssetWorks access to view customer statements. If you do not have access to AssetWorks, please submit a security request by visiting AssetWorks Ready and clicking the “AssetWorks Access Request” widget.

Once you have access, you will see several reports available in AssetWorks, including report 1013-Customer Statement.

What was the Financial Management Portal?

University departments who received certain Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) services were previously billed using the online Financial Management Portal. Those services included: BioSafety Cabinet services, Fleet services, Helium services, Physical Plant work, Radiation Safety services, and Transportation services.

The FP&M Financial Management Portal allowed users to view transactional details for charges posted to the Shared Financial System (SFS)/WISER; and users could manage certain departmental cost center numbers for these services and their associated funding.

Looking to the present

  • Billings that were carried out using the FP&M Financial Management Portal in the past have been replaced by other ancillary systems.
  • The Financial Management Portal will be decommissioned June 30, 2026.
  • Billing information for certain FP&M services previously located in the Financial Management Portal will continue to be available after decommissioning using the methods and systems listed on this webpage.
