Stop by the UW-Madison COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic before or after the All Staff Meeting!
FP&M’s Environmental and Occupational Health will be hosting a COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic for all late-night UW employees, Dec. 9-10.
You must have your Wiscard (UW ID card) and insurance information when registering and at the clinic when you receive your vaccine.

Employees must bring their Wiscard and health insurance card or information to their vaccine appointments.
CLS will be available to assist with interpretation needs 10-10:30 p.m.
