In this course we focus on not only how to make meetings more engaging, but also how to make them more inclusive. Provides an overview of basic information that all professionals that work with HRS or Related Technologies should be familiar with. Resources and learning opportunities, basic human resources concepts, and an overview of commonly used technologies are emphasized, as pre-requisites prior to completing or attending many of the HRS and related technology learning opportunities. Participants may want to complete this as a refresher course a few weeks after their onboarding while becoming acclimated to their roles and responsibilities.
