The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Study will be holding a series of Job Description Orientation Sessions during the week of April 23. These orientation sessions are designed to help you understand the process for developing new job descriptions as well as your role in the process.
Employees are encouraged to attend one of these sessions. This is your opportunity to participate in the TTC study process, to ask questions, and provide your input about how job descriptions are developed.

For those unable to attend an in-person session, the Job Description Orientation online session will be available beginning April 23 on the TTC website.
