Get more sleep and manage your stress. Those are two of the common recommendations to improve your quality of life, but it’s easier said than done. This presentation will review the health benefits of sleeping, help you identify your stressors, and provide tools to manage your stress, which in turn may help improve your sleep.

This presentation will explain how our built-in Fight, Flight, or Freeze response throws us into survival mode and shares three tools to short-circuit that response and get us back to a place of reasoned thought. These tools take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes and will help you start your day off powerfully, keep your energy running strong all day, and bring you back to a place of power when the inevitable “hits” of life come your way.
