APPA’s Invest in Success program to be held Sept. 2025

Join more than 150 FP&M staff who have completed the program! This two-day development opportunity is designed specifically for non-supervisory staff to build essential skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building.

  • When: Sept. 16–17, 2025, 8 a.m.-4p.m.
  • Where: 21 N Park St
  • Who: the program is intended for non-supervisors who want to develop skills and grow in their role
  • Cost: There is no cost for FP&M employees to attend, as this opportunity is centrally funded
  • Learn more and apply: participants must apply and be accepted into the program to attend. As always, discuss your interest with your supervisor. Then complete this form to apply.
