About LinkUW

LinkUW is a new UW–Madison initiative that aims to transform how administrative services are delivered across campus. FP&M is a pilot participant of Phase 1. When LinkUW goes live for FP&M, it will change how we receive some Finance and HR services. Attend the town hall to find out more and ask your questions!

LinkUW is changing the way administrative work gets done at UW–Madison.

We will deliver timely, consistent, and customer-centered support that enables school, college, and division partners to focus on advancing the university’s mission. LinkUW is focused on performing high-volume or time-sensitive operational administrative services. This initiative is part of the overall administrative transformation effort taking place at UW–Madison.

The executive sponsor for LinkUW is Rob Cramer, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and the project sponsors include Patrick Sheehan (Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Human Resources Officer), Karen Massetti-Moran (Deputy Chief of Human Resources Officer), and David Murphy (Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance).

Through LinkUW, the university will create opportunities for employees by offering career growth, improving consistency and capability of services, and reducing associated risks and costs for the university, while keeping pace with leading peer institutions.
