Description:

Electrical Protective Equipment is designed to isolate an employee from energized systems, equipment and/or machines. It has specific intended uses and must be issued, worn and maintained while in service by employees with electrical responsibilities. Module Objective: When to use electrical protective equipment; demonstration and discussion of the available styles, types and classifications of electrical protective equipment; how to select, complete field inspections and maintain electrical protective equipment while in active service.
