- Description:
Participants will be instructed in both the 29 CFR OSHA 1910 General Industry and the 29 CFR OSHA 1926 Construction regulations and procedures as well as safety and health principles covered in the OSH Act. Special emphasis will be placed on areas most hazardous using both CFR OSHA regulations as the instructional reference. Classroom lecturing and assigned regulation homework will be the method of instruction throughout the sessions. Interactive discussion is encouraged during the sessions with emphasis on learning the regulations through conversation, discussion and respectful debate. Sessions will be taught by several subject matter experts from within the organization in an effort to promote a diverse approach in our commitment to providing all employees with a safe place to work. Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive a verification of completion card.
