Last fall, FP&M established a $2,500 tuition reimbursement limit due to budget uncertainty. Now that more information is available about FP&M’s financial situation, we have expanded the reimbursement limit to $5,000 for the 2021 fiscal year (July 2020-June 2021).
Employees can now apply for up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement in any semester (Fall, Spring, and/or Summer) with a limit of $5,000 in this fiscal year.
FP&M continues to be committed to education and professional development for our employees. Tuition reimbursement limits are re-evaluated each fiscal year in the larger context of employee professional development and available funding. This strategy allows FP&M to continue to provide support for all eligible employees in alignment with the university’s current financial situation.
Please note that all current tuition reimbursement policies and processes remain in effect.
