Changes for Adobe Sign users

icon: pencilThis is an important message for cardholders, and supervisors, and anyone who utilizes Adobe Sign for signing statements. Adobe Sign will no longer function unless departments pay for Adobe for the use of the Adobe Sign product.

Good news: there is a no-cost, alternative solution available to you that is provided by UW! It is called DocuSign.

How do we start using DocuSign to sign statements?

Please see this Knowledgebase information about DocuSign that is specific to our use case. To get started:

  1. Create an account with DocuSign.
  2. See the Wisconsin eSignature Admin Guide (DocuSign) to learn the basics of using DocuSign.

Please note that after you sign up it will take DoIT staff 24 business hours to process your new account request.

What happens if I don’t switch to DocuSign?

The FP&M Business Operations and Purchasing team has been informed that there have been, and will be, failures in using Adobe Sign for your signature on your statements. Please plan ahead by switching to DocuSign.

What is DocuSign?
