Ready for “STEP-tember”?
The Step Challenge returns
The FP&M Wellness team is excited to bring back the step challenge during the month of September 2023. This is a great way to be active and connect. Participate to see how much you’ve been walking around campus, or go walking with a coworker to brainstorm while soaking in the fresh air.
Will you help the FP&M team reach its goal of 10,000,000 steps?
The FP&M Step Challenge is a collaborative effort for FP&M employees to walk a total of 10,000,000 steps together as a division. Read on to see how to track your steps and get connected.

Conversion Chart
No fitness tracker? No problem. You can manually enter steps in your Apple iOS or Android device to synch into Count.It. Use the conversion chart for reference when turning activities into steps (equivalents for biking, dancing, cleaning the house, etc.) Note: the free Count. It app itself does not allow you to enter steps manually. Use the Conversion Chart to manually convert your activities into Steps-Per-Minute (SPM).
