Know what to do in an active threat situation

Do you know what an active threat situation is and how to respond to it?  Chances are, you’ll never face an event. But if you do, you need to be prepared.

Active threat situations are dynamic and evolve rapidly, demanding an immediate response by the community and immediate deployment of law enforcement resources to prevent further harm.

What you do matters, and we encourage you to remember these three key steps: RUN, HIDE and FIGHT.
