AVC Cindy Torstveit has shared her commitment to building a strong foundation of employee development through goal setting and performance conversations that support the FP&M strategic priorities. Attend these Performance Management and Development Program (PMDP) classes virtually or in-person to learn how to make the most of these conversations with your supervisor through self-reflection and preparation.

These classes will break down how to use your Position Description (WHAT you do) and the FP&M Criteria for Success (HOW we work together) to reflect on areas that you can focus your development over the next year. This growth can be done through classes, learning with others, stretch assignments and conversations with your supervisor. The FP&M Criteria for Success categories are:

  • Work & Communicate Effectively
  • Learn & Grow
  • Engage & Serve
  • Continuously Improve
  • Be Safe & Be Well
  • Be Sustainable

Sign up for classes that will help you think about how to prepare for the upcoming Summary Conversations this July. Employees still on probation follow a different schedule based on hire date.
