In November many participants of the APPA Invest in Success program regrouped to discuss how they are practicing and applying the skills from the class in their work. Looking ahead to 2025, we have two new programs designed to support employee growth and success (see below).
At FP&M, our work enables the campus to safely deliver on its mission. To do that, each of us has to stay current with trends in our profession, learn how to work efficiently, and build our interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
