opportunity specifically for supervisors! The interactive Lead to Succeed at FP&M training series is for FP&M supervisors who want to strengthen their people skills.
Through engaging activities and conversations, participants will learn how to communicate effectively, build trust, support teams and navigate supervision with confidence.
