Seventeen employees participated in APPA’s Invest in Success program on April 28 – 30. The two-and-a-half-day development opportunity is designed specifically for non-supervisory staff to build essential skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building. FP&M has been providing the program since 2023 with over 200 employees going through the program. Based on survey results, 100% of participants would recommend the program to a coworker.
