Tracking COVID-19 Leave for University Staff

The new COVID-19 leave policy was put in place to support employee leave for qualifying reasons during the pandemic. Refer to the policy for all details on what this leave covers.

Specific to FP&M is a new way for University Staff to track this leave in time tracker.

1. There is now an EL (emergency leave) code in time tracker.

2. This code is listed on the daily time screen only.

3. To use COVID-19 leave, make sure hours worked are cleared and enter the amount of hours in the EL box.
