FP&M is hosting two all-staff meetings to provide an update on our campus and division, including our progress on strategic priorities. You can help set the topics by providing your feedback when you RSVP.
This year, both the Daytime and Late Night All Staff Meetings will be Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Gordon Dining & Event Center:
- Daytime: 8:30 am – 10:30 am

- Late Night: 10:30 pm – 12:30 am
All FP&M employees are invited and encouraged to join and employees working remotely are welcome and encouraged to attend in-person if you are able to do so. Please note the remarks will not be recorded. Work with your supervisor to make sure they know your plan to attend and adjust accordingly.

Late night vaccine clinic
Stop by the UW-Madison COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic before or after the Late Night All Staff Meeting! FP&M’s Environmental and Occupational Health will be hosting a COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic for all late-night UW employees, Dec. 9-10, starting at 10 pm. You must have your Wiscard (UW ID card) and insurance information when registering and at the clinic when you receive your vaccine.
CLS will be available to assist with interpretation needs 10-10:30 p.m.
