FP&M is pleased to announce the next session of APPA’s Invest in Success program is taking place April 28-30, 2026. Join more than 150 FP&M staff who have completed the program! This two-and-a-half-day development opportunity is designed specifically for non-supervisory staff to build essential skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building.
- When: April 28-30, 2026. The schedule will be as follows:

- Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29; 8 a.m.-4p.m. both days
- Thursday, April 30, 8-11 a.m.
- Where: 21 N Park St
- Who: the program is intended for non-supervisors who want to develop skills and grow in their role
- Cost: There is no cost for FP&M employees to attend, as this opportunity is centrally funded
