Jill Koeller
A big thank you to Jill Koeller, who helped me understand the details of a financial report. She was clear, helpful and kind, and she ensured I understood not just the data, but also the background and context. Like many in the Office of the AVC, her help enables me to do my job better.

John Morrow, Lock Shop
Thank you, Lock Shop! I truly appreciate your speedy service and communication. Today I submitted a request just a bit after 11 a.m. and by 4 p.m. received an email from John Morrow saying the work had been completed. Having the need addressed so quickly made it easy for me to welcome a staff member into their new office today. Thanks for assisting me with that, John. You are appreciated!
