Lou Correia

Lou Correia resealed windows in one of our clinics where wasps were getting in. Occupants are thrilled!

Cary and Jennifer “noticed that the office is so much quieter, we can really tell the difference. We used to be able to hear the HVAC from the building across from us.”

Ryan said, “You are right!!! It was quieter this morning. And the windows were so clean! Thank you!”

Sandy Hamer

Shout Out to Sandy Hamer at Transportation Services for being so helpful with a parking issue I had. She was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue in no time. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. Thanks Sandy!

FP&M Employees

“I am wildly impressed and grateful to your team for responding so quickly to this. As I understand it, there is a steamfitter working on cooling for the scanner as we speak. It is hard for me to believe that given everything your team is working on, someone is actually addressing this today. Wow! Thank you.”

– Wren Singer

A highly used piece of scanner equipment that could not be moved needed to be in a temperature-controlled space in order to remain functional. FP&M was able to provide a quick solution for cooling the machine during a time of campus cooling issues related to a broken chilled water line.
