Description:

Employees who work with chemicals need to have the tools and knowledge to work with those chemicals safely. This short training is for supervisors, facility managers, and others who need to develop a hazard communication plan for their work site. The main components of a hazard communication plan that are discussed here include chemical/product inventories, safety data sheets, labeling products, training, and facility visits.

Description:

Content in this online course covers important safety information including what is Herpes B, routes of exposure, appropriate post-exposure procedures, and disinfecting equipment.

Hazardous Chemical Shipping/Transportation Training

Description:

This in-person course teaches you how to properly prepare chemical shipments and how to load and unload chemical shipments. All employees that perform shipping must be trained on how to identify, mark/label and package hazardous chemicals, as well as security and emergency response information.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training (Annual)

Description:

Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Training is part of your employment obligation and is required per the UW System Board of Regents.

Employees who do not complete the training will be deemed ineligible for pay adjustments and bonuses and ineligible for pay play increases.

Audience

Cybersecurity Awareness Training is required for all faculty and staff (including graduate and undergraduate student employees) per UWSA Policy 1032 (Source: wisconsin.edu). It is also available for all students.

Employees who do not complete the training will be deemed ineligible for pay adjustments and bonuses determined by their local schools, colleges, or divisions and ineligible for pay plan increases. Complete your training today to satisfy this requirement.
