Henry Dhonau

Thank you to maintenance mechanic, Henry Dhonau, for being such a positive new addition to our team! Since Henry started last spring, he has done an exceptional job helping the maintenance mechanic shop get their preventive maintenance back on track. Henry is always upbeat and ready to take on the next project even if it is not his own. He has also identified critical equipment that requires special correspondence which has been a huge help! We appreciate his energetic attitude, hard work, and attention to detail — so thank you Henry!

Henry, Arian and Justin – Maintenance Mechanic Staff

Big shoutout to maintenance mechanics Henry, Arian and Justin for their quick response and marvelous work they did to help me get the one and only air handler at Hiram Smith Annex up and running. So amazing to watch these people work, they should be commended!

David McLean, David Pitzner and Jim Kraus

Your ears should have been buzzing yesterday! We had the official opening of a new lab that is part of an Army research grant — the lab can test engine performance as a function of altitude or climate. It is an impressive structure that is fit in a rather tight space. There were very positive comments made about the work FP&M did to integrate this equipment into the building. Worth seeing the next time you are over in Mechanical Engineering.

– Ian Robertson, Grainger Dean of the College of Engineering

Steamfitter Shop (Kyle, Brody, Toby, Shawn, David and Ryan)

I just wanted to express our gratitude for the hard work and dedication to getting the steam turned back on to our buildings on Sunday (10/13). Your willingness to work on the weekend made an enormous difference for us to be able to continue normal operations on Monday. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure everything was operational and running smoothly. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

– Pete Nemmetz
