Shout out/Thank you to Lexie Baslington for all of her help in tracking down our Center’s Nanopore flow cell shipment! The vendor added the bill-to-address as the shipping address and while they updated, they missed doing so on an order. Lexie was amazingly helpful in helping our PI/Research lab not only find their misdirected package, but also assisted in keeping it refrigerated after delivery!

Michael Sailing
I would like to give a shout out to painter Michael Sailing. I recently painted an office with that had a time sensitive deadline. Michael communicated well concerning his timeline and this helped the occupant prepare in advance. This is terrific customer service that is highly appreciated by me and our library staff!
