Physical Plant teams who removed graffiti

“I wanted to express appreciation and thanks to you and your teams for all the work to remove the graffiti at Memorial Union and Alumni Park from last Monday’s incident.  Walking the area now is very different than one week ago.  It took a great deal of work and care to clean the many different areas impacted. Please share this with your teams and all those involved.”
– Rob Cramer

“Please pass along my thanks regarding all the work last week and weeks prior regarding graffiti clean-up. Great job, on the clean-up and quick response for this event and the others that have taken place over the last month.”
– Cindy Torstveit

“All: I want to add my sincere thanks as well. I’m sorry that this work was necessary, but I hugely appreciate your efforts to work to restore our campus spaces quickly and thoroughly after this vandalism and graffiti.”
– Jennifer Mnookin

Plumbing shop and EHS team

Thank you to the plumbing shop and EHS team for their assistance with the sewer line break at Vet Med. Their quick action and coordination to minimize the contamination and prevent the flow from going into the lake was instrumental in minimizing the environmental impact of this event.

Luis DelAngel

On Friday 11/4 we had water building up in 5 buildings and Luis was on the scene to all of them. Luis is currently the only responding lead worker on day shift and is covering an absolutely massive area. He never complains and is always quick to respond. Thank you!
